01 / THE NEED

Start with the person inside the shoe.

An insole sits between two things that are already personal: your foot and your shoe. Choosing it should start there. Aoteng Star combines a shaped base with an interchangeable arch pad, leaving room to choose the feel under each foot.

The idea is simple: a supportive shape, with a part you can change.

One pair of feet. More than one kind of day.

A warehouse shift. A walk outside. A trail that keeps climbing. The setting changes, the shoes change, and the feel underfoot matters in each of them. That is the starting point of this design: give the wearer something they can adjust.

02 / THE STRUCTURE

Every layer has a part to play.

Look beneath the surface and the design becomes easier to understand. The supplied construction diagram shows a fabric top, foam and EVA layers, a shaped support base, a PU heel pad and a removable arch insert. These parts form one system, with adjustment built into it.

The surface

A fabric top forms the contact surface inside your shoe.

02

The cushioning layers

The diagram identifies EVA, high-density foam and a soft PU heel pad in the layered construction.

03

The shaped base

The rigid arch structure gives the insole its shape; the removable insert provides a part you can swap.

The small details belong in the story, too.

03 / THE ADJUSTMENT

Change the pad. Personalize the setup.

The distinctive part is removable. Instead of replacing the whole insole to explore a different feel, you can change the arch insert. The supplied diagrams show different profiles and firmness options; use the instructions and inserts included with your pair to select your setup.

Left and right are separate choices. Check each foot, each pad and each shoe.

04 / YOUR SETUP

Bring the design into your own shoes.

Work shoes, trainers and boots appear throughout the product imagery. The right match depends on the space in your particular shoe and the length of its removable insole. Begin with a measurement, then check the assembled fit.
